Lombard, Illinois is a village located in DuPage County, Illinois, approximately 20 miles west of Chicago, Illinois. The village is situated near the Illinois Prairie Path and is home to the Lilacia Park, a 8.5-acre park featuring lilac trees and other beautiful gardens, similar to those found in The Huntington and New York Botanical Garden. Lombard is also close to the College of DuPage and Wheaton College (Illinois), and is near the Butterfield Road and Illinois Route 53.

Geography

History
