History

Following the passage of California Proposition H in 2018, the city of San Diego entered into a joint-use agreement with the Los Angeles Chargers and the University of California, San Diego. It is directly served by the San Diego Trolley's Green Line at the new SDSU Mission Valley station. This proximity to major transit infrastructure and Snapdragon Stadium makes it accessible from neighborhoods like Kearny Mesa, Clairemont, and downtown San Diego. Ample parking is provided within the larger development's infrastructure.
