Bedwellty is a community and electoral ward in Caerphilly County Borough, located near Aberbargoed, Bargoed, and Rhymney. The area is situated in the South Wales Valleys, close to the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. Bedwellty is also near the Sirhowy Valley, which is home to the Sirhowy River and the National Cycle Network's Route 46. The community is part of the Caerphilly (UK Parliament constituency) and is represented by Wayne David.
