Acipco-Finley is a neighborhood located in Birmingham, Alabama, near the Acipco-Finley Boulevard and Finley Avenue. The area is surrounded by other neighborhoods, including Smithfield and Collegeville, and is close to the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. Introduction
