Premier attractions will include a flagship Six Flags theme park featuring record-breaking roller coasters and a dedicated Warner Bros. zone. The sports precinct is anchored by the FIA-certified motor racing circuit, alongside facilities for equestrian events, auto racing, and an FIFA-standard stadium. Cultural offerings will encompass a state-of-the-art performing arts centre, immersive multimedia experiences, and venues for live concerts and festivals. Nature and adventure zones are planned for activities like rock climbing, skydiving, and safari tours, capitalizing on the natural landscape of the Arabian Desert.

Strategic partnerships have been formed with global leaders like Six Flags, Warner Bros. Discovery, and the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile to ensure operational excellence and brand prestige.
