Matt Czuchry is an American actor best known for his roles as Logan Huntzberger on the WB/CW drama series Gilmore Girls and as Cary Agos on the CBS legal drama The Good Wife. He later gained further acclaim starring as Dr. Conrad Hawkins on the Fox medical drama The Resident. Czuchry has built a career portraying intelligent, complex characters across American television.

Early life and education

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, he is the son of a teacher and an engineer. He developed an interest in acting during high school, participating in productions at Manchester Central High School. Czuchry attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in History and Political Science. While at college, he was actively involved in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and continued to pursue theater, performing in local productions in Charleston, South Carolina.
