She gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Valerie in the CBS series ''Hawaii Five-0'' and as Veronica Sinclair / Huntress on The CW's ''Batwoman''. Early life and education

Ivana Miličević was born in Sarajevo, then part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Her family, of Croatian descent, emigrated to the United States when she was a child, initially settling in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Rockford High School before pursuing higher education at the University of Michigan. During her time at university, she was discovered by a modeling scout, which led to her signing with the prestigious Ford Models agency in New York City.

Career

Miličević began her career as a fashion model, working for Ford Models and appearing in campaigns for brands like L'Oréal and Pantene. Her transition to acting started with guest roles on television series such as Beverly Hills, 90210 and Nash Bridges. Her breakthrough film role came in Cameron Crowe's psychological thriller Vanilla Sky, starring alongside Tom Cruise and Penélope Cruz. She subsequently appeared in the ensemble romantic comedy Love Actually, directed by Richard Curtis. A major career milestone was her role as Valenka in the James Bond film Casino Royale, opposite Daniel Craig and Eva Green. On television, she had a recurring role as Natalie on the Showtime series Californication and later joined the cast of CBS's Hawaii Five-0 as Interpol agent Valerie.
