Donnel Jeffrey "Jeff" Carter

Donnel Jeffrey "Jeff" Carter is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who enjoyed a lengthy and successful career in the National Hockey League (NHL). Known for his powerful shot and goal-scoring prowess, he was a key contributor to two Stanley Cup championships with the Los Angeles Kings. Early life and junior career

Jeff Carter was born in London, Ontario, and began his hockey career playing in the Greater London Hockey Association. He was selected first overall by the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the 2001 OHL Priority Selection and quickly became a star in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). During his tenure with the Greyhounds, Carter was named to the OHL First All-Rookie Team and later earned OHL First All-Star Team honors, showcasing his offensive talents.
