Anders Hedberg is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player and executive, renowned as a pioneering European star in North American professional hockey. Alongside countryman Ulf Nilsson and Bobby Hull, he formed one of the most famous and explosive forward lines in the history of the World Hockey Association (WHA) with the Winnipeg Jets. Anders Hedberg was born in Örnsköldsvik, a coastal city in Ångermanland known for producing numerous hockey talents. His professional career commenced in the top Swedish league, then called the Division 1, with Djurgårdens IF in Stockholm. Playing career

They were immediately paired with superstar Bobby Hull on the famed "Hot Line," which became the most dominant offensive unit in the WHA. He later served as an assistant general manager for the club under Neil Smith. In 2006, he returned to Sweden to take up a senior executive position with the Swedish Ice Hockey Association, contributing to the development of the national program. He has also worked as a consultant for Modo Hockey and served on the selection committee for the Swedish Hockey Hall of Fame.
